Century Roofing

Our roofing process

Nothing here is proprietary. It's simply the sequence that keeps a roofing job honest: inspect, document, explain, then work.

How a Century Roofing job actually runs

  1. 1

    Call and triage

You describe what you're seeing — a stain, a drip, missing shingles after a storm. We ask enough questions to know whether this is an emergency stabilization or a scheduled inspection.

  2. 2

    On-roof inspection

We get on the roof, and into the attic where access exists. We check pipe boots, chimney and sidewall flashing, valleys, ridge and soffit ventilation, decking condition, and drainage.

  3. 3

    Photo documentation

Every finding is photographed. You get the pictures, not just a number, so you can see the failed detail with your own eyes.

  4. 4

    Written estimate with options

Where repair is legitimate, we price the repair. Where replacement is the honest answer, we explain why and show the evidence. No pressure, no same-day-only discounts.

  5. 5

    Scheduling and protection

We confirm a date, protect landscaping and siding, stage material delivery, and tell your neighbors what to expect on a tear-off day.

  6. 6

    The work

Tear off to the deck where required, replace bad sheathing, install ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, underlayment, new metal flashing — not caulk — and the roofing system itself.

  7. 7

    Cleanup and final walk

Magnet sweep for nails, debris hauled out, and a final walkthrough with photos of the finished details and the ventilation.

Watch out

What we will not do

  • Quote a replacement without getting on the roof
  • Seal a failed flashing with caulk and call it a repair
  • Roof over a deck we know is wet or soft
  • Use scare tactics or 'today only' pricing to force a decision

Start with an inspection

No cost, no obligation. We inspect, photograph what we find, and explain your options.

Your details go to our office only. We never sell or share them.

Get a straight answer about your roof

Tell us what you're seeing and we'll inspect it, photograph it, and explain what it actually needs — repair or replacement.
