• Storm-Damaged Shingle Roof Replacement in Carteret, NJA full tear-off and replacement of a wind-damaged asphalt shingle roof on a two-story Carteret colonial, including deck repairs, ice-and-water shield at the eaves and valleys, and a balanced ridge-vent intake and exhaust system.
• Chimney Flashing Leak Repair in Hackensack, NJA recurring interior leak in a Hackensack home traced to failed chimney flashing and sealant-only repairs, corrected with new step flashing, cut-in counterflashing, and a rebuilt cricket rather than another bead of caulk.
• Roof Replacement with Ice Dam Protection in Clifton, NJA Clifton cape cod with a history of winter ice dams and interior water staining received a complete roof replacement built specifically around ice protection: widened ice-and-water shield, corrected ventilation, and insulation baffles at the eaves.
• Victorian Roof Replacement with Slate-Look Shingles in Montclair, NJA steep-slope Montclair Victorian with multiple dormers and complex valleys was reroofed in slate-look architectural shingles, with new metal valley flashing, rebuilt dormer flashing details, and careful attention to the home's period appearance.
• Warehouse TPO Flat Roof Recover in Edison, NJA leaking ballasted flat roof over an active Edison distribution warehouse was recovered with a 60-mil mechanically attached TPO system, installed in phases so the building never stopped shipping.
• EPDM Flat Roof Repair and Drainage Correction in Paterson, NJChronic ponding and seam leaks on a Paterson commercial building's EPDM roof were resolved with targeted seam repairs, new tapered insulation crickets, and two additional drains — extending the life of a membrane that did not need full replacement.
• Modified Bitumen Roof Replacement in Newark, NJA failing built-up roof on a Newark mixed-use building — retail below, apartments above — was replaced with a two-ply modified bitumen system, with occupied units protected throughout and all parapet and penetration details rebuilt.
• Emergency Tarp and Wind Damage Repair in Woodbridge, NJA nor'easter stripped shingles from a Woodbridge home's exposed slope overnight. We tarped the opening the same day, returned for a permanent shingle and underlayment repair, and documented the damage for the homeowner's insurance claim.
