Roofing services across New Jersey

Every service below has its own page explaining exactly how we approach the work, what it costs to get wrong, and what we look for on New Jersey roofs specifically.

We diagnose the roof before we quote it

Most roofing estimates in New Jersey are written from the driveway. Ours are not. Before we give you a number we get on the roof, into the attic where there is one, and photograph what we find — the failed pipe boot, the surface-sealed chimney flashing, the deck that has been wet long enough to go soft.

That matters because the cheapest correct repair and the most expensive unnecessary replacement often look identical from the ground. You should be able to see the evidence behind the recommendation.

What we inspect

What we find most often on New Jersey roofs

  • Cracked pipe boots — the shortest-lived part of a typical roof, and the single most common leak source
  • Chimney and sidewall flashing that was sealed with caulk instead of replaced with metal
  • Blocked soffit intake, which turns winter condensation into what looks like a roof leak
  • Valleys packed with debris that push water sideways under the shingle courses
  • Flat roofs still holding water 48 hours after the rain stopped

Every county and town we cover

Middlesex County

Middlesex County is home base. Our shop is at 80 Willow St in Carteret, so response times through the northeastern corner of the county are the shortest we offer anywhere.

Bergen County

Bergen County has some of the most varied residential roofing in the state: dense older housing in the river towns, large center-hall colonials with complex cut-up rooflines, and a mix of mid-century ranches.

Passaic County

Passaic County work is split between older multi-family and mixed-use buildings with low-slope roofs in the urban centers, and suburban single-family homes further west.

Essex County

Essex County ranges from dense urban roofing in Newark to older suburban homes with slate-era rooflines and steep pitches in the western townships.
