Flat Roofing'Flat' roofs are not flat. They are low-slope, and the entire performance of the system depends on that slope actually moving water to a drain within about 48 hours of a rain.
TPO RoofingTPO's defining advantage is the seam. Instead of relying on adhesive, the sheets are heat-welded into a continuous bond that is effectively as strong as the membrane itself — provided the welder is set correctly and every weld is probed.
We diagnose the roof before we quote it
Most roofing estimates in New Jersey are written from the driveway. Ours are not. Before we give you a number we get on the roof, into the attic where there is one, and photograph what we find — the failed pipe boot, the surface-sealed chimney flashing, the deck that has been wet long enough to go soft.
That matters because the cheapest correct repair and the most expensive unnecessary replacement often look identical from the ground. You should be able to see the evidence behind the recommendation.
